Perhaps it's time we stopped looking for palliative measures for the ills of our highly-scheduled and overrated fast-paced lifestyles, and instead started treating them with the time-tested treatment of spending more time in nature, and less glued to our smartphones and TV and computer screens.
Nature is my favorite medicine, and is one that's been shown to improve both health and happiness, while also being affordable and practical.
